Menu Additions
We call them specials, but we have these favorite menu additions on most nights. They are dishes that are consistently asked for by our regulars and we should probably just put them on the menu...but they are still "specials" to us!
Blackened yellowfin tuna, pan-seared rare and thinly sliced and topped with a tomato, lemon and caper sauce. Can be served as an appetizer portion or an entree with two sides.
Sesame seed encrusted yellowfin tuna, pan-seared rare and thinly sliced and topped with our special Hawaiian bar-b-que glaze, paired with pickled ginger and the hottest wasabi in town. Can be served as an appetizer portion or an entree with two sides.
A perfect pairing of our crab stuffing and a beautiful 6 ounce Maine lobster tail. You can choose a one or two tail entrée or pair it with one of our beef selections (filet mignon, prime rib or beef tenderloin medallions) for a Surf & Turf option!
